“Goodwill to others is constructive thought. It helps build you up. It is good for your body. It makes your blood purer, your muscles stronger, and your whole form more symmetrical in shape. It is the real elixir of life. The more such thought you attract to you, the more life you will have.” -Prentice Mulford
What comes to mind when you think of Betty White? Maybe funny, energized, happy, friendly, caring, optimistic, bright, cheerful, upbeat, sunny, vibrant and just plain awesome! Not bad for a woman who just turned 90 years young a few months ago, right? I believe it has to do with how she thinks and the thought currents she connects to…
Recently, a friend emailed a video from Youtube that featured the writings of a guy named Prentice Milford who I never heard of until that email. I have listened to it over and over, everyday since my friend sent it to me and I really wanted to share it with you.
It’s titled, Thoughts are Things by Prentice Mulford, and it’s playing in the background while I type this – I hear it consciously and subconsciously. Speaking of the subconscious, did anyone watch “Through the Wormhole: Mysteries of the Subconscious” on the Science Channel this week? It was excellent! I’m sure they will repeat it, they always do. I mention it because I think it fits in with the Thoughts are Things by Prentice Mulford video I’m sharing.

This video has helped me deal with my depression but it also helped me see some of the things I’ve been goofing up unintentionally. Everything from where I buy my clothes to my own expectations on my life and I have been able to identify “blocks” to some of the things I am trying to accomplish.
The hard part is staying in positive thought currents, but with practice, it becomes easier and eventually becomes second nature. This is why I listen to it religiously at least once a day, every day. It reminds me to focus and what to focus on plus I think I get something out of it each time I listen. It helps me hitch my wagon to the best thought currents.
Pandora has been awesome! There is a great meditation station called, Calm Meditation Radio. I listen to it frequently and it helps with my anxiety and depression plus keeps me in positive thought currents.
Let’s look at Betty White again… Think about it, she is always connected to that happy, upbeat and optimistic thought current. In my opinion, that is how she stays so vibrant and energized and could probably run circles around many of us much younger folks. Go Betty!
So there’s my 2 cents and I really hope you get some good info out of the video. Believe it! Check out one of his books below or Click HERE!
