I firmly believe the many challenges from meth use to “sex addiction” had their roots deeply set in bipolar disorder. If I was not bipolar I don’t think I would have used meth or craved sex like I did before medication.
Writing this blog has been an amazing experience and an unexpected pleasure to be able to share it with you. My hope is that it may provide needed inspiration to anyone touched by bipolar disorder and drugs, especially crystal meth. The site itself provides a lot of information but the ebook is another version focusing more on being bipolar and how it led to so many other of my problems.
The book is in chronological order beginning in my childhood which is different from this site. My mind was a mess when I began writing here and it took a lot of time to unravel the mess in my head caused by meth and and depression. I am even surprised with myself for being able to admit some of the horrible things I did and decisions I made but I think keeping it all to myself would have been the worse choice.
Being thankful for the things I have has been an important key in changing my ways and creating a new and improved life. I am so grateful for all of your supportive comments and emails I have received since the launch of this site in 2009 and I look forward to hearing from you in the future.
